 hy singing?\n🎵Songs and singing together have the ability to deeply mov
 e us\,open our hearts\, and resource us\n🎵Singing has historically been
  a critical part of social movements globally as well as here in the US. F
 rom freedom songs in South Africa in the Anti-Apartheid Movement\, to the 
 Singing Revolution in Estonia we borrow from their brilliance and commitme
 nt. In the US\, song has been a leading force in the labor movements and i
 n particular in the US Civil Rights movement with songs rooted in spiritua
 ls\, and folk and gospel music. While our project is secular\, it is is he
 avily inspired by these movements and feels reverant to those before us wh
 o helped to pave the way.\n\n🎵🎵Who are the singers?\nEveryone! Anyon
 e who wants to sing and wants to show up in resistance to authoritarianism
 . There are no “bad” or “good” singers - it’s our birthright to 
 sing! 🎵🎵
