Locating Ourselves: Homecoming in Our Bodies

You may have heard an expression similar to, “coming home to yourself.” What does that mean? What left, and what allowed you to know you came back? This morning we will explore pulling away and homecoming as it relates with the body. During our time together, there will be multiple guided opportunities to sense, move, and land in our bodies.

Bio: Michele Nierle (she/her) is in a tangled process of unlearning and relearning what it means to live in a body.
