After more than a year of living into our shared governance model, the Board of Directors and the Bylaws Review Team would like to propose a few needed adjustments to the Bylaws.  These adjustments can be found here –  https://uuberks.org/draft-bylaws

Please note that sections that will be struck from the Bylaws have a strikethrough text and are marked in blue.  The new wording is written in red.  If you have any questions about these changes, you are welcome to come to a Bylaws Zoom Meeting after church on Sunday, April 18 at 11:30 where we will explain the rational for the changes.  If you cannot attend the meeting and have questions, feel free to reach out to me directly.
